Parking lots for offices, retail, and multi-unit properties. Property managers can set a seasonal agreement before the first storm, with the plow trigger depth and priorities written down, so there's no scramble in December.

From the first call to a clean handover

  2. 2. Agreement

    Seasonal or per-push pricing in writing, with your place on the route and the priorities for each storm spelled out.

  3. 3. Storm Response

    When snow reaches the trigger depth, the loader works the property in the agreed order: entrances and drive lanes first, then the rest.

  4. 4. Stack & Clean Up

    Snow goes to the agreed stacking areas, clear of sightlines and drains, and we come back after the storm to push back banks if the lot needs it.
