Site Preparation
Land & Lot Clearing
Land clearing for residential lots and backyards. We take out the brush, overgrowth, and stumps that are in your way and leave the mature trees and features that make the property worth living on.

How we clear
Clear too aggressively and the property looks beat up for years. We take out what's in the way and leave what matters.
Selective Clearing
We clear brush, overgrowth, and unwanted saplings by hand and machine, and flag the trees and root zones worth protecting before we start.
Stump & Root Removal
We pull stumps and roots out cleanly with compact equipment, leaving solid ground ready for grading instead of a yard full of grinder mulch.
Hauled Off and Tidy
Debris gets chipped or carried off, and we rake the area back to a clean, walkable grade. We don't leave you a rutted mess.
From the field
Real work, on a real site.
Clearing an overgrown lot and breaking down an old structure for haul-off.

Made for yards that are already finished
Most lot-clearing equipment is built for raw acreage, not a fenced backyard with trees you care about. Our compact machines fit through tight gates and work close to the house and plantings, so we can clear what you want gone without flattening everything in reach.
Where we work
That makes us a good fit for opening up a crowded backyard, reclaiming an overgrown corner of a bigger lot, or clearing a spot for something new, while keeping the trees and features worth keeping.
How a job goes
From the first call to a clean handover
1. Site Walk
We come look at the property by appointment, check the access and any constraints, and go over your plans or what you have in mind.
2. Marking & Layout
We set the layout on the ground with laser accuracy. Depths, lines, and elevations are marked before anything gets dug.
3. The Work
We bring the right machine for the access, lay ground protection where it's needed, and keep the mess around lawns, trees, and hardscape to a minimum.
4. Clean Handover
You're left with a site that's ready to go and a yard that's still in one piece, set up for whatever's next.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Keeping the good trees is a big part of how we work. We mark the keepers when we walk the site, stay out of their root zones, and clear around them instead of running equipment over them.
Usually, yes. Our compact machines fit through standard side-yard gates, so we can get into fenced backyards that a bigger crew would have to take a fence down to reach.
We pull the stumps and roots as part of the job, so the ground is actually ready for whatever's next, whether that's grading, a lawn, or a new structure.
Brush usually gets chipped and hauled, and stumps and bigger debris get carried off. We leave the area raked and tidy when we're done.
